At PROXXON, we stand behind the precision and quality of our home tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
